Jon Heischberg is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality management, education, coaching, and service industries. Currently serving at Ardent Mills since September 2015 as Quality Manager and previously in various quality roles, Jon specializes in wheat and flour quality analysis while fostering customer engagement. Jon's prior experience includes roles as a swim instructor at YMCA, teacher at Bradford High School focused on Foods and Nutrition, and community advisor at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Additional experience includes coaching multiple sports at Grass Lake School District 36, inventory auditing at Coleman Cable, Inc., and a foundational role at Culvers Restaurant. Jon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate's Degree from College of Lake County.
