Kaitlin Wells has extensive experience in logistics and customer service. Kaitlin previously worked at Bay and Bay Transportation as a Logistics & Customer Service Representative, managing and servicing over 65 accounts/customers. Currently, at Ardent Mills, Kaitlin holds the position of Senior Logistics Coordinator, where Kaitlin is responsible for managing multiple by-products of milling wheat at 5 separate plants, overseeing end-to-end logistics, inventory management, millfeed customer account management, carrier contracts, and relations. Additionally, Kaitlin also serves as an Engagement Ambassador and Logistics Coordinator in similar roles.
