Madhura Patil

Madhura Patil is an Operations Development Associate at Ardent Mills since July 2023, with extensive experience in operations management, project coordination, and digital media marketing. Previously, Madhura served as President and Publicity and Outreach Chair of IISE Penn State, enhancing member engagement and social media presence. Experience also includes internships at IMC Construction and JMC Data Experts Inc., focusing on production coordination, data analysis, and Lean Construction principles. Additional roles involved supporting career services and international student initiatives at Penn State University. Madhura holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Minor in Business and the Liberal Arts from Penn State University.
