Monica Lanzi

Monica Lanzi, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Sr. Benefits Manager at Ardent Mills since August 2020, where responsibilities include the administration and management of employee benefit plans and HRIS operations. Previously, Monica held various roles within the City of Littleton as Deputy Director, overseeing benefits, HRIS, and risk, and within the City of Aurora as Manager of Human Resources Operations. Additional experience includes positions at Boston Market, Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros. Bagels, and Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, where Monica focused on compensation and benefits management. Monica's career in human resources began at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery and includes roles in benefits administration and training coordination. Monica earned a degree in Communications from the University of Colorado Denver.
