Philip Sears

Philip Sears has extensive experience in sales training and development, currently serving as the Sales Training Manager at Ardent Mills since 2022. Previously, as a Sales Development Trainer at Kimball Midwest from 2019 to 2022, Philip developed and led webinars and training sessions, including the "Selling Through Adversity" program, and championed diversity and inclusion initiatives. Between 2018 and 2019, Philip was the Sales Enablement Trainer and Managing Partner at S&L Training, LLC, teaching over 400 professional development seminars with exceptional feedback. Earlier roles include Corporate Trainer and Business Development Representative at Perma-Pier Foundation Repair of Texas, where Philip successfully increased profitability through training initiatives and business process improvements. Philip's career began in sales with positions at Green Mountain Energy Company and Globe Life, consistently achieving top sales performance.
