Raelyn Bausman

Raelyn Bausman is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Associate Manager of Channel Marketing at Ardent Mills since July 2020, where responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, executing product campaigns, managing the retail product portfolio, enhancing brand identity, and implementing sales enablement initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Sales & Campaign Specialist at 3M from July 2017 to July 2020, Marketing and Sales Manager and Sales Associate at Asset Living from October 2014 to June 2017, and a Sales Management Intern at PepsiCo during the summer of 2016. Raelyn Bausman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Iowa State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Richmond, The American International University in Rome, Italy.
