Sarah Herzog

Sarah Herzog is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and strategy, currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy & Collaboration at Ardent Mills since February 2015. In this role, Sarah has led a diverse team to implement multiple successful system enhancements, including CRM and ERP projects. Previously, Sarah held positions such as Director of IT Product Development and Senior Manager of IT Applications, where responsibilities included overseeing cross-functional technology initiatives and application development across various business units. Prior to joining Ardent Mills, Sarah worked at Cargill for over 15 years, ascending through roles that involved managing global teams, delivering infrastructure projects, and enhancing software development processes. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from North Dakota State University.
