Ron Hartke

Ron Hartke has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Ron began their career in 1983 as the General Manager/Co-owner of Carlisle Systems Group/Ivan Software, Inc., where they created and negotiated a $2M OEM agreement with NCR Corporation and started, built and sold a software/services company with 21 employees. In 1992, they became the National Sales/Services Manager for Matrix Systems, Inc., where they managed and grew a security and time and attendance company with integrated hardware/software solutions and achieved 20% year-over-year revenue growth for the first 3 years. In 1994, they became the General Manager/Co-owner of Online Resources, Inc. In 2012, they joined Hewlett-Packard as an Account Executive for HP Networking, where they managed and grew the public sector market for networking products and software solutions and exceeded quota in 1st Half and 3rd Quarter of 2013 at 130% and 101% respectively. In 2013, they joined Ardent Technologies Inc. as VP of Business Development and 8A Initiatives, where they were responsible for business development and sales for custom software development, flexible staffing, staff augmentation and application integration for public housing, state/local organizations, and commercial companies across the US.

Ron Hartke received a BA in Business Administration from Park University. Ron then attended the University of Dayton for Business Administration, completing 60% of the MBA program. In 2012-2013, they also attended Hewlett-Packard Professional Training.
