Christopher Kelly

Christopher Kelly is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate credit and institutional asset management. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Ardent Companies since January 2020, Christopher previously held senior roles as Managing Director at Amherst Capital Management, overseeing the firm's real estate credit business, and at CapitalSource, where strategic growth initiatives were implemented for commercial real estate lending. Earlier in their career, Christopher contributed significantly at Natixis, Lehman Brothers, and Heller Financial, developing and executing various debt investment strategies, while also being a founding member at CDC Mortgage Capital. Christopher holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
