Mike Guynn

Mike Guynn serves as the Managing Director at The Ardent Companies since January 2016, overseeing a $500MM corporate initiative with a focus on asset strategy and tenant relationships, while leading significant redevelopment projects in Buckhead. Prior to this role, Mike has held various leadership positions, including President and Director of Commercial Development at Guynn Properties, Inc., where responsibilities included land development and commercial project management, and Director of Real Estate Group at Rialto Capital Management, managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets across the Southeast. Mike's educational background includes a Master's degree in Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Furman University.
