Sunny Lakhtaria

Sunny Lakhtaria serves as the UK Head of Debt at The Ardent Companies since September 2023, specializing in real estate investment and asset management across the capital stack. Prior to this role, Sunny held the position of Senior Lending Director at Kingswood Associates from November 2022 to August 2023, contributing to the firm's full-service real estate brokerage operations. Experience also includes serving as Principal at Terrain Capital from April 2020 to August 2023 and as a Partner at Urban Exposure from November 2013 to July 2019, where Sunny focused on development finance in the UK residential sector. Earlier career highlights include a managerial role at KPMG LLP from November 2005 to October 2013, leading global teams in the Portfolio Solutions Group and executing multi-billion dollar debt transactions. Sunny holds a BSc. (Hons) in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London, completed in 2005.
