Lisa Marrache

Lisa Marrache has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and communication. Lisa started their career as a Communication Intern at Artistri Sud, where they managed the organization's Facebook page and wrote articles for the blog. Lisa then worked as a Coordinator and Editor of the News section at McGill Le Délit, where they selected and edited news topics.

Lisa then gained experience in talent acquisition and communication as a Human Resources Intern at Amgen. Lisa assisted in the recruitment process, designed internal communication materials, and organized wellness activities for employees. Lisa later interned at Dragon Rouge, assisting the HR manager in talent acquisition for this renowned creative agency.

Moving forward, Lisa served as a Human Resources Officer at Ormiston Trust, where they contributed to HR activities. Lisa currently holds the position of Human Resources Analyst at Ardian, where they utilize their skills in HR analysis.

Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated their ability to work under time pressure, effectively communicate in both English and French, and successfully handle various HR tasks.

Lisa Marrache completed their Master's degree in Human Resources and Organisation at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Human Resources from McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Lisa'seducational journey began at Lycee International De Los Angeles - Los Feliz, where they completed the International Baccalaureate program from 2013 to 2016.
