Matteo Minardi

Matteo Minardi is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Italy and Managing Director at Ardian since April 2016, Matteo has held various senior roles including Director and Senior Investment Manager. Prior to this position, Matteo was a Fund Manager at Generali Immobiliare Italia SGR SpA from December 2013 to March 2016, and before that, served as a Senior Investment Manager at Redbrick Investment Group. Earlier in the career, Matteo worked as an Asset Manager at Generali Immobiliare Italia SGR SpA and as a Project Manager at BEG Ingénierie. Matteo holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from SDA Bocconi and an Ingegnere degree in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
