Paola Magrit

Paola Magrit has a diverse work experience in the legal field. In 2015, they worked as a Stagiaire at the Palais de Justice - Cour d'Appel de Paris attached to the Greffe civil central. Paola then interned as a Stagiaire Corporate at PDGB Avocats in 2016, where they assisted in various tasks such as legal research, preparation of general assemblies, and drafting contracts in both French and English. In 2017, they served as a Stagiaire Corporate at Gomel Avocats. From July to December 2018, they interned at August Debouzy, where they worked on corporate matters, private equity, and international M&A transactions. In 2019, they were a Stagiaire Corporate at Solferino Associés. In 2020, they returned to Ardian as a Stagiaire Corporate, and in 2021, they became an Avocat at August Debouzy. Currently, they hold the position of Junior Lawyer at Ardian starting from July 2022.

Paola Magrit obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Globalisation and Law from Maastricht University in 2018, and a Master's Degree Contentieux Européen et International from Université Paris Nanterre in 2016. Paola also completed the Corporate Finance Honours Track at Maastricht University in 2018. In 2016, they earned a Master's Degree in Droit International des affaires from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Paola holds a Double Licence Droit et Sciences Politiques, Mention Bien from FACO PARIS, which they received in 2015. In 2013, they obtained a Degree of Yunnan University in Chinese Business, Chinese Law, and Chinese Culture from Yunnan University of Finance and Economics. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Élève-Avocat (trainee lawyer) specializing in Droit des affaires from HEDAC Haute Ecole des Avocats Conseils des Barreaux du ressort de la Cour d'appel de Versailles.
