Stephan Kaven

Stephan Kaven has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Stephan currently holds the position of Portfolio Digital Transformation Senior Manager at Ardian, a position they have held since July 2023. Before joining Ardian, they co-founded Leafcrunch in August 2022.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Stephan worked at GLS from April 2018 to July 2023, serving as a Senior PM in Strategic Development IT/Strategic Projects & Governance. From October 2012 to March 2018, they worked at BCG Platinion as a Project Leader/Manager.

Earlier in their career, Stephan held the position of Assistant Manager, Advisory - Management Consulting at KPMG Deutschland from March 2010 to September 2012. Stephan also interned at Accenture in September to October 2008 and IBM in August to October 2007. Moreover, they worked on a student consulting project at Powerlink Queensland from February to June 2007.

Stephan's career began with an internship at IBM in August to October 2006 and an internship at Deutsche Telekom as a Project Assistant from February to April 2005.

Stephan Kaven obtained a Diplom-Kaufmann (MSc) degree in Business Administration from the University of Münster, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In 2007, they participated in a study abroad program at QUT (Queensland University of Technology), focusing on Business Administration and Information Technology. Apart from their formal education, Stephan also received additional certifications in Design Thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute in April 2022 and PL Readiness from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in May 2016.
