William van Es

William van Es has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. William started as an intern at Ardian in the Private Credit department in April 2016 and later became an Analyst in October 2016. William worked in this role until December 2019. After that, they continued their career at Ardian as an Investment Manager in the Private Credit division from January 2020 to June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Investment Manager in the Private Credit department at Ardian, starting in July 2022.

Before joining Ardian, William completed a summer internship as a Summer Analyst in the M&A department at Credit Suisse in 2014.

In 2013, William participated in two Spring Week programs, one at Standard Life Investments and the other at BlackRock.

William van Es completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Durham University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended The King's (The Cathedral) School, Peterborough from 2010 to 2012. William completed their secondary education at Sawtry Community College from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, William obtained the CFA Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute in February 2022.
