Michal Stachowiak

Michal Stachowiak began their work experience in 2014 as Support Staff at Camp Echo Lake. In 2018, they worked as a Bioinformatician at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they specialized in profiling and identifying conserved domains within proteins using Python and R. Later in 2018, they joined Intel Corporation as a Software Engineer, focusing on developing software stack for the edge AI project and implementing microservices in Go, C/C++ libraries, and Python glue code. Since 2021, Michal has been working as a Software Engineer at Ardigen, collaborating with biotech companies on data analysis, bioinformatic pipeline, and web application development. Michal is involved in various projects related to phage display technology, RNA-seq, and antibody analysis, actively engaging with customers to develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Michal Stachowiak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu in 2016. Michal also pursued a second Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics from the same university, which they completed in 2019. In addition, they earned a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu in 2019. Alongside their formal education, Michal Stachowiak acquired several certifications. In August 2022, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In April 2020, they completed the TensorFlow in Practice Specialization offered by Coursera.
