Ardmore Roderick
Joe Willhite has a comprehensive work experience in the transportation planning and engineering industry. Joe has held various leadership roles at both Ardmore Roderick and WSP USA. At WSP USA, they served as the Central Region President, responsible for overseeing operations and driving growth in multiple states. Joe also served as the Midwest District Leader and Central US Regional Manager, focusing on delivering client-centric solutions and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. Prior to WSP USA, Joe worked at Kimley-Horn and Associates and URS Corporation as a Transportation Planner, gaining expertise in environmental impact assessments, corridor studies, and comprehensive planning.
Joe Willhite completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography at Carthage College from 1999 to 2002. Joe further pursued their education and obtained a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota between 2003 and 2005.
