Jennifer Goldfeder, PHR, CHRS, currently serves as the People and Organization HR Business Partner for North America at Ardoq, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Jennifer was a Senior HR Business Partner at ADP from April 2013 to April 2022 and an HR Supervisor at Prestige Employee Administrators from January 2007 to September 2011. Jennifer's early career includes various roles at Goldman Sachs, starting as an HR Benefits Assistant and progressing to Wellness Associate. With extensive experience in employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance initiatives, Jennifer has supported over 1,000 employees and partnered with C-Suite executives on sensitive HR matters. Educational qualifications include a PHR certification and a BA in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta, along with a Certified Health Coach credential from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
