Elina M.

Elina M. is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support, psychology, and project management. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Ardshinbank CJSC since October 2018, Elina has also contributed to various organizations such as the International Youth Conference, where Elina acted as a Youth Ambassador. Previous roles include being a Training Assistant for the Executive MBA program at Management Mix Armenia and serving as a project mentor for the "Youth Empowered" initiative. Elina's experience also includes participation in the WBG Youth Summit 2021, and roles in international cooperation and quality audit at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia. With a Master's degree in Social Psychology and ongoing education in International Humanitarian Law from the American University of Armenia, Elina has been involved in multiple humanitarian and educational projects, showcasing a commitment to social impact and community development.
