Makaryan Meline currently serves as a Staff Recruitment Responsible (Front Line) and Senior Recruitment Specialist at Ardshinbank CJSC, a position held since November 2021. In addition, Makaryan has been the Head of HR at Mehrabyan & Sons LLC since November 2019 and previously held the same role at JERMUK GROUP CJSC from November 2016 to November 2019. Makaryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from The Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov, completed between 2007 and 2011.
