Leo Xu

Leo Xu is an experienced professional in traffic planning and transportation management, currently serving as the Traffic Studies Team Leader at both Ardurra and Gunda Corporation since January 2022 and October 2019, respectively. Previously, Leo held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Huaban Cloudation Technology LLC, where responsibilities included company startup, platform design, and business development within the civil engineering sector. With a strong background in planning, Leo has also served as a Senior Planner for the City of Austin and the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, as well as roles at URS Corporation and Wilbur Smith Associates, focusing on transportation analysis and modeling. Leo's educational background includes advanced degrees in Civil Engineering and Transportation Planning from Texas A&M University and Texas Southern University, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree from Beijing Jiaotong University.
