Jane Huxley

Jane Huxley's work experience begins in 1989 at Microsoft, where they held various director positions in the Office, Windows, and Desktop Software divisions until 2005. In 2006, they worked at Vodafone as the Head of Product for the Mass Market. From 2008 to 2012, they held executive roles at Fairfax Media, including CEO and Publisher of Digital, overseeing online business strategies and digital marketing. Jane also served as a Non-Executive Director at SurfStitch.com in 2015. Jane Huxley's experience in the digital media industry continued with their role as the Managing Director of Pandora Australia and New Zealand from 2012 to 2017, where they successfully grew the user base and revenue. Following that, they joined Spotify as the Regional Director for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region from 2017 to 2020, responsible for driving acquisition, retention, and engagement across multiple markets. Currently, Jane is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Are Media Pty Ltd, leading Australia's leading content and experiences company for women.

Jane Huxley completed their education from 2009 to 2011 at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, where they obtained a degree in Change Management (GCCM). In addition, they also obtained various certifications including being a Member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) in 2022, being a Prof G Certified Strategist from Section4 in 2021, becoming a NSW Justice of the Peace from NSW Department of Communities and Justice in 2018, and graduating from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2015.
