Leisa Williams

Leisa Williams has over 20 years of experience in human resources, working for various companies in Australia. Leisa most recently served as the People, Culture & Workplace Director at Are Media Pty Ltd, where they oversaw the HR function for Australia's leading content and experiences company for women. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Optus, where they partnered with key business areas to implement HR strategies and improve employee engagement. Leisa also held roles at Salmat, where they were the Head of People and a Senior Manager, leading major restructuring and change initiatives. Earlier in their career, they worked at HARTMANN GROUP as an HR Manager and HR Consultant, and at Lexmark International as an HR Advisor and HR Officer. Leisa has a strong background in recruitment, learning and development, organization design, and employee relations.

Leisa Williams holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on HR & IR from Western Sydney University. In 2023, they obtained certification as an HBDI Practitioner from Herrmann Asia.
