Toni Hautakoski

Toni Hautakoski has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in prominent companies. Toni is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ARE Oy since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Walki Group from August 2022 to January 2024. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at MacGregor from October 2018 to August 2022. Toni'searlier experience includes roles such as Vice President of Human Resources, HR Business Partner, and HR Manager Finland at Alfa Laval from 2010 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as an HR Manager at ABB from August 2008 to May 2010. Toni started their career as an HRD Manager and HR Specialist at KONE Corporation from June 2003 to July 2008. Toni also briefly worked as a Mathematics Teacher at Valmennustiimi Eximia from May 2003 to May 2004.

Toni Hautakoski earned a Master of Science in Engineering from Tampere University of Technology from 2000 to 2007, majoring in Mathematics and Physics. In addition, from 2003 to 2004, they pursued a minor in Subject Teacher Education at the University of Helsinki.
