Elizabeth Tietema

Elizabeth Tietema is a Transition Navigator at Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as a Social Worker at Marywood Health Center and Medilodge at the Shore. Elizabeth has also interned at Metron Integrated Health Systems and Saint Joseph County CASA. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Saint Mary's College. In addition, Elizabeth has experience as a Student Ambassador at Saint Mary's College and as a Summer Intern at Holy Cross Ministries.
