Lisa Nowaczyk is a dedicated professional with a background in public health and customer service. Currently serving as a Care Manager Assistant at the Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio, Inc. since February 2019, Lisa also has extensive experience in the hospitality industry as a Server/Bartender at Shorty's True American Roadhouse since 2012, where exceptional customer service and team leadership skills are demonstrated. Previous roles include a Public Health Intern at NAMI of Greater Toledo, a Volunteer Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish, and a Direct Care Specialist at River Centre Clinic, where support and advocacy for individuals in vulnerable situations were provided. Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health Administration from the Northwest Ohio Consortium of Public Health and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from The University of Toledo.
