Bill Shackelford has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as Vice President at AREA Real Estate Advisors since 2002, Bill has built a strong reputation in the field. Prior to this role, Bill worked as a Sales Associate at Copaken White Blitt from October 2000 to October 2002 and as a Retail Leasing Associate at Kessinger Hunter from September 1995 to October 2000, where responsibilities included leasing one million square feet of retail space in the Greater Kansas City Area and handling investment property sales. Bill holds a degree from The University of Kansas, where studies were completed from 1984 to 1988.
