Tim Schaffer is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as President at AREA Real Estate Advisors since May 2016, Tim also holds the position of Executive Vice President at RED Brokerage, a role held since June 2005. Prior to these positions, Tim was with Cohen Esery Real Estate Services from 1984 to June 2005, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Vice President and Principal, as well as Vice President at cohen esrey during the same period. Tim earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas between 1979 and 1984.
