Steve Knott Am

Steve Knott AM is currently the Chief Executive of AREEA - Australian Resources & Energy Employer Association, where Steve has been working since October 1997. Steve also served as a Board Member at the Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry from December 2014 to November 2022. Additionally, Steve was a Member of the Ministerial Advisory Council on Skilled Migration from June 2015 to December 2021. With previous experience in various HR/IR roles at Hydro Electric Commission Tasmania and Australian Mines and Metals Association, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge in the energy sector. Steve holds a Grad Dip in Business Administration from Monash University, completed between 1996 and 2001.
