Adel Fahmy

Adel Fahmy is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in tax management and consulting. Currently serving as Zakat & Tax Manager at Areeb Capital since December 2022, Fahmy previously held the position of Tax Supervisor at Alsaleh and Alzoman CPA from January 2020 to November 2022, and worked as a Tax Consultant at PwC from January 2016 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Tax Associate specializing in International Tax Services and Compliance at EY, where Fahmy was involved in various tax advisory, compliance, and planning services. Beginning the career as an Accountant at the Advisory Group of Accounting, Auditing, and Tax, Fahmy has also completed internships in credit and cash flow departments at major financial institutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce, English Section, Ain Shams University.
