Mel Ozbay-Ali has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and team at AREF (The Association of Real Estate Funds) since January 2016, while also working as a Receptionist at The Investment Association since October 2016. Previous positions include Corporate Receptionist at Portico, Specialist at Clarins UK Harrods, and various customer service and sales roles in a wholesale company, where responsibilities included invoicing, debt collection, and stock orders. Mel Ozbay-Ali completed A levels at Ashmole School.
