Erin Smith has extensive experience in marketing and product management within the sportswear industry. Currently serving as the Marketing and Merchandising Admin at Arena Water Instinct since July 2017, Erin collaborates with both US and Global Marketing teams to assess and improve swimwear quality and fit through consumer feedback and focus groups. Prior experience includes roles at Reebok as a Merchandise Coordinator, where Erin optimized showroom assortments, and at adidas America, where Erin held various positions from Product Test Manager-Footwear, ensuring high-quality footwear through comprehensive testing, to MLS Product Specialist, managing merchandise for Major League Soccer teams. Additionally, Erin worked with US Youth Soccer to provide footwear and apparel solutions and served as a Product Research Assistant at Nike Sports Research Lab, contributing to the development of high-performance products. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University.
