Chris Howell

Chris Howell has worked in various roles in the health and wellness industry since 2017. Chris began their career as a Global Health and Wellness Consultant at Soho House & Co. in 2017. In 2018, they became an Advisor at Therabody and a Consultant at BeaverFit. In 2019, they became a Consultant/COO at Performix House and a Consultant at Watson Gym Equipment. In 2020, they became Co-Founder at ARENA and a Strategy Consultant at House of Athlete. Prior to this, they worked as an Analyst and Equity Derivatives Trading at Barclays Investment Bank from 2015 to 2017, and as CEO at SPX Fit from 2017 to 2020.

Chris Howell attended The Hill School from 2007 to 2010, and then Hofstra University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics.
