Paulo Martins is the CEO at Arena. Prior to that, they were with Hulu from February 2012 to July 2014, where they led Disney, Fox and Comcast buyback on mission critical ad sales, product and operation, and was responsible for generating $80M in revenue annually. Paulo also managed ad product development and innovation for crucial campaigns (Superbowl, Oscars, Premieres, etc) ranging from $3M to $15M budget, and optimized dollar spent in complex ad units by leading workflow between ad development and ad sales resulting in $600M revenue annually.

Before Hulu, Paulo was with Ubisoft Entertainment from January 2009 to December 2011 as a Data Engineer. Paulo was part of a worldwide team with more than 200 members working in Montreal, Paris, and Bucharest. Paulo developed infrastructure to support producers and production developers shipping +25M units for Nintendo Wii, Play Station 3 and Xbox 360. Paulo also built system architect on Nintendo platform kit to optimize workflow from builds to E3.

Paulo's first job was as a Software Engineer at NASA Johnson Space Center from January 2008 to December 2008.

Paulo Martins has a computer science degree from the University of Houston. Paulo also has a master's degree in computer science from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon. Paulo also has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU.
