Parul Khosla is the Co-Founder & CEO of Arena, an AI-powered recruitment platform for the sports, media & entertainment industries. Prior to this, Parul served as the Founder & CEO of Elevate Sports Talent, a career coaching company for sports enthusiasts. With a background in talent acquisition and diversity & inclusion roles at companies such as the NHL, Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., and The Walt Disney Company, Parul holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive Leadership from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sport Management from the same institution.
