Rachel Friske

Rachel Friske has a diverse work experience in marketing and sales. From 2022 to present, they have been working as the Marketing Operations Manager at Arena. Prior to that, they were a Sales Development Representative at LeadAngel from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for selling and generating leads for LeadAngel's products via prospecting, cold calling, and email correspondence. Rachel was also responsible for responding and managing high volume inbound and outbound calls, prospecting opportunities, booking meetings, and closing deals. Additionally, they were responsible for delivering a positive customer experience while prioritizing customer satisfaction and building client relationships.

Rachel Friske obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts between 2014 and 2018. Rachel also holds an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in August 2022.
