Rusty Fette

Rusty Fette has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting from August 2005 until March 2007. Rusty then worked as a Strategy Analyst at Washington Mutual from April 2007 to October 2008 before joining Slalom Consulting as a Consultant in October 2008. From January 2011 to December 2011, Rusty served as Chief of Staff / Business Manager at JPMorgan Chase before taking on the role of Reporting and Analytics Product Manager from December 2011 to May 2013. Rusty then became Manager - FP&A, Productivity & Performance Management from May 2013 to October 2014 at the same company. Rusty subsequently joined Prime 8 Consulting as Senior Associate – Chief of Staff and Business Manager, where they made significant contributions by generating over $100M of new cloud business through creating a global training program for Microsoft's top system integrator partners. After their time at Prime 8 Consulting, they worked as a Business Program Manager at Microsoft from November 2015 to September 2016. Rusty then served as a Finance, Strategy, and Operations Consultant at Independent Consultant from September 2016 to April 2019. Rusty then went on to hold various positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Head of Growth at Pathwright from April 2019, Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Smart Portfolios, LLC from April 2022, and finally Chief Financial Officer at Arena from April 2023. With their extensive background in finance, strategy, and operations, Rusty Fette brings a wealth of experience to any organization.

Rusty Fette earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Whitman College, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
