Sergey Zolotarev

Sergey Zolotarev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and technology management. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Arenadata since March 2016, Sergey leads a startup focused on Big Data and Digital Enterprise, developing open-source data platforms and cloud-native applications. Prior to this role, Sergey held key positions such as Regional Director for Russia & CIS at Pivotal Inc., where business in Big Data and Cloud Apps was built from the ground up, and Business Development Director at Инфосистемы Джет, overseeing company growth and new product implementations. Previous roles include Sales Director for enterprise customers at Avaya, Sales Manager at Microsoft, and Major Accounts Sales Manager at both 3Com and HP. Sergey holds an MBA in Economics from The Open University and an engineering degree in Radio Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
