Léo Bertrand has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Starting in June 2017, Léo worked briefly as an Agent d'accueil at the Office de tourisme Bad-Marienberg. Shortly after, in July 2017, they worked as an Agent d'escale at SNCF.

In 2018, Léo joined Voyages Emile Weber as an Assistant chef de produit for a short period from September to October. Léo returned to the same company in 2019, again as an Assistant chef de produit, from March to July.

In 2020, Léo took on the role of Assistant de direction at Capfun by Franceloc for a brief period from June to August. Later in the same year, they worked as a Chef de produit at Captain Wild, focusing on business development, managing relationships with suppliers, and organizing events. Their role at Captain Wild lasted from September 2020 to September 2021.

In February 2022, Léo joined Agence Régionale du Tourisme Grand Est as a Chargé de mission marketing for Explore Grand Est. In this role, they contributed to the acquisition and optimization strategy of website traffic, analyzed site audience using reporting tools like Google Analytics & Matomo, developed KPIs and performance dashboards, and supported marketing efforts by categorizing and tagging content. Léo's employment at Agence Régionale du Tourisme Grand Est is ongoing.

Most recently, in September 2022, Léo started working as an Account Manager at Arenametrix.

Léo Bertrand's education history is as follows:

- From 2016 to 2019, Léo attended ISFATES/DFHI where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Science de gestion with a focus on International tourism management.

- In 2019, Léo began their Master's program at EM Strasbourg Business School, specializing in Management et administration des entreprises.

- Léo completed their Master 1 degree at EM Strasbourg Business School in 2020.
