Ola Sigmundstad is an experienced leader with a diverse background in social and community services. Currently serving as Enhetsleder Habilitering at Arendal kommune and a member of the Tilsynsrådet for kriminalomsorgen in the region sørvest, Ola focuses on ensuring compliance with legal standards and support for vulnerable populations. Previous roles include leadership positions at Østre Agder Krisesenter and Fylkeslegen Aust-Agder, where Ola contributed to patient rights and crisis intervention.
