Julià Manzanas Mondéjar has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 1996, they served as the President of the Knowledge Economy and Innovation Commission at Col·legi d'Economistes de Catalunya. In 2009, they became an EMEA Advisor at Tynax. In 2014, they founded and served as the CEO of CABIER INSTITUTE, an institution that promotes training, consulting, and brokering in the field of patents and technology exchange. In 2015, they became a Member of The New Club of Paris, which focuses on supporting knowledge economy transformation. In 2021, they joined INCOM as a Business Advisor. Finally, in 2022, they became the Academic Director at DARQ INSTITUTE.

Julià Manzanas Mondéjar completed their undergraduate education at the Universitat de Barcelona from 1984 to 1989, where they received a degree in Economics and Business Administration. In 1989, they pursued an International Postdegree at the same university in Quantitative and IT Methods applied to Business Management, which they completed in 1990.

Later in their career, they enrolled in the Programa Avanzado de Gestión y Dirección de Empresas semipresencial (PADE) at the Col·legi d'Economistes de Catalunya in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Julià Manzanas Mondéjar also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they completed the courses "New Venture Finance: Startup Funding for Entrepreneurs" and "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" on Coursera, receiving Coursera Verified Certificates with DISTINCTION. In the same year, they also completed the course "Innovation for Entrepreneurs: From Idea to Marketplace" and obtained the certification. In 2014, they completed the course "An Introduction to Marketing" offered by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania through Coursera.
