Tobias Viskum Hogaard

Tobias Viskum Hogaard has a diverse work experience, starting as the Owner and Autodidact Chef of their own company, TobiasVerden, from 1998 to 2008. Tobias Viskum then worked as a consultant in organizational development at TACK International from 2005 to 2010. At Vestas Wind Systems, they served as an Organizational Development Specialist, focusing on the internal activation of the company's brand, from 2010 to 2010. From 2011 to 2014, Tobias worked at Systematic as a Senior Manager and Manager, where they led projects and ensured employees were capable of fulfilling the company's strategy. At EY, they were a Manager, implementing visual management and LEAN practices from 2015 to 2017. Tobias Viskum was the Director of Knowledge Management at SimCorp from 2017 to 2018, where they defined and deployed knowledge management processes on a global scale. Starting in 2018, Tobias founded their own business, Scalability & Innovation Ecosystems, where they helped purpose-driven companies grow through development, scalability, and innovation. Tobias Viskum also had a participant role in the TV show "MasterChef 2020" at TV3 Danmark from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Tobias is a Strategic Alliance Manager at The AREOPA Group, a knowledge provider covering various areas, such as change management and risk assessment & process performance.

Tobias Viskum Hogaard has a diverse educational background. Tobias Viskum started their education in 1990 at Risskov Amts Gymnasium, where they pursued an alment gymnasium with a focus on a mathematical line. After completing their secondary education, they attended Frederiksberg Lærerseminarium from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Education degree specializing in science, math, and sports.

Furthermore, Tobias acquired additional certifications such as Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, Insights Discovery, and LEA - Leadership Equity Assessment to further develop their professional skills.
