Richard Fair

Richard Fair has a diverse work experience spanning from 1991 to 2004. Richard started their career as a Manager at Pappas Restaurants, Inc., where they were responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, purchasing materials, and analyzing monthly profits.

In 1996, Fair joined Lockheed Martin as a Test Director, overseeing test operations for tools and mechanisms on the International Space Station (ISS). Richard managed testing resources, created schedules, and coordinated support personnel. Additionally, they designed customized test build-ups for unique mechanisms and environments.

From 1998 to 2004, Fair worked at United Technologies as a Project Manager. In this role, they managed hardware supply for ISS flights, tracked inventory, and resolved technical, financial, and schedule issues related to hardware production. Richard also managed hardware configuration changes with supporting organizations and end users.

In 2004, Fair joined ARES Corporation as a Senior System Integration Engineer for the ISS Program.
