Andrea Magrini

Andrea Magrini serves as a Senior Associate in Talent Management within Human Resources at Ares Management Corporation, where contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), philanthropy, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts were recognized with the 2023 Ares Impact Award. Previously, Andrea held the role of Senior Executive Assistant, providing executive business support to top leadership across various departments. As a Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Unidos, an employee-led resource group, Andrea promotes cultural awareness and unity within the Latinx community at Ares. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Crédit Agricole CIB and the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), as well as a contract role at Hawaii Human Resources. Andrea holds an Associate of Arts in Sociology from Bergen Community College and furthered education at Cornell University.
