Ben Kattan

Ben Kattan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trading and investment management. Ben has been with Ares Management Corporation since September 2016, where roles have included Principal and Trader, as well as Vice President and Trader, and Senior Associate. Prior to Ares Management, Ben worked at Western Asset Management focusing on bank loans from May 2014 to September 2016. Early career experiences include positions as Account Manager at E. & J. Gallo Winery, Finance Intern at Northrop Grumman Corporation, and Finance Intern at The Aerospace Corporation. Additional roles include Operations Assistant at the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts and Sales Representative at Vector Marketing. Ben holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management, as well as Accounting, from the University of Southern California, and graduated from Harvard-Westlake School in 2009.
