Caroline Kruse

Caroline Kruse is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and a focus on the industrial sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Ares Management Corporation since January 2024, Caroline previously held the position of Senior Asset Manager at ML Realty Partners, where oversight of a $2B industrial portfolio and profitable initiatives led to an additional $2M in annual revenue. Earlier roles include Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE, where management of 70 industrial properties enhanced revenue streams, and Vice President at Mid-America Real Estate Group, which involved significant revenue growth and the development of innovative training programs. Caroline began the career at Catholic Charities as an Assistant Asset Manager, eventually advancing to Asset Manager. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University.
