Jeff Latier

Jeff Latier is an established finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and portfolio management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Ares Management Corporation since March 2021, Jeff has also held a significant role at Black Creek Group since March 2011, where positions have included Managing Director and Senior Vice President, among others. Earlier career roles include Financial Analyst at Prologis, and internships at Centennial Realty Advisors, the University of Colorado Real Estate Foundation, and Klingbeil Capital Management. Jeff began his career as a Licensed Banker at Wells Fargo. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
