Juan Arciniegas

Juan Arciniegas is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience in the sports, media, and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Ares Management Corporation since December 2023, Juan previously held key positions including Board Member, CFO & COO, and Advisor at FZ Sports, where the focus was on leveraging technology to enhance sports engagement. Juan has also contributed to various organizations as a Board Member, including Vasco da Gama SAF, Standard de Liège, Red Star FC, Genoa Cricket and Football Club S.P.A., Atalanta Media, 1190 Sports, and ML Healthcare, which provides essential healthcare access for injury victims. In addition, Juan managed a Family Office focused on investments across multiple sectors. Educational credentials include an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Management Engineering and Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
