Lew Howard

Lew Howard is an experienced professional in product management and client service, currently serving as Vice President at Ares Management since October 2025. Prior to this role, Lew held various positions at Fidante from March 2017 to October 2025, including General Manager of Investment Product and Senior Product Manager. Lew's career also includes significant experience at Challenger Limited, where management responsibilities spanned managed investments and retirement products from July 2013 to March 2017. Early career involvement at Midwinter Financial Services as a Client Support Officer began in October 2011. Lew holds a Master of Commerce in Finance from UNSW and a Bachelor of Education from Australian Catholic University.
